I think your hats are awesome! You are giving these families such a gift, one that is more important than the hat itself... you give so much of yourself and your time! Blessings to you!!!
How wonderful you are for doing this. I also knit for others - babies, refugees, homeless mums etc, would you care to share your new born pattern and also what sort of yarn you recommend and the thickness.
This is such a great thing you are doing. I knit newborn baby sweaters to go in layettes for our Pregnancy Resource Services. I love knitting for babies because they go home with someone else. Hee heee
